Compared with metal, ceramic, concrete and other pipes, double wall corrugated pipe has many advantage such as lower weight, lower cost, easy to connect,due to the special structure of double wall corrugated pipe. So it is used widely for sewerage and drainage system, cable protection system, etc.

 
 Features
 
  High performance single screw extruder or twin screw extruder with special screw ensure good extrusion.
  Special structure die make the thickness of the interior and exterior wall even, and stable molding. In addition, the thickness of interior and exterior can be adjusted.
  High performance vertical/shuttle corrugator ensure the pipe of good quality and high efficiency.
  With special and accurate forming module; cooling air and water system guarantee the production speed fast.
  With single wall/ double wall belling inline system.
  With special aluminum alloy mould bolck with anti-adhereing treatment, cooling air, cooling water and vacuum channel inside of mould block ensure good forming structure of pipe and speed.
