Super Noiseless Drainage Pipe Extrusion Line

Super noiseless drainage pipe is co-extruded by 3 sets of extruders. Its inner layer and outer layer are made of recycled PP and its middle layer is made by special adhesive elasticizer. It has a lot of advantages such as good impact resistance, heat resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, light weight, easy assembly in construction process. Its excellent function such as sound insulation, sound absorbability and buffer storage ability thanks to the unique middle layer material. And it can especially lower the noise from 15 to 20 Db (A) than that of cast iron pipe and common plastic pipe. It is really an ideal pipe for drainage system in construction.
