the raw material input to the automatic rolling
product. The thickness of the products needed
could be adjusted with no step, and the control
is very convenient and flexible. If changed to
use different forming roll, could manufacture
the air cushion films of all kinds of different
form. Presently, it could be used for the forming
rolls of all kinds of specifications of ?6-?18,
etc, and the width is 600-1800MM. If matching
to use three-layers compound air cushion film
unit, could produce three-layers air cushion films.
If any special requirements, could make to order
all kinds of compound air cushion films of compound
paper, aluminium film, antistatic film, conductive
film, etc. The unit, if compared with international
products of the same kind, has the features of
simple operation, reasonable structure, convenient
maintenance, and long service life of forming
